On this page you will find an overview of our work. The Menz & Kollegen team includes highly qualified lawyers, business/economics experts, accountants (IFRS, German-, US GAAP), and appraisers. For more than ten years we have advised private clients and businesses in Germany and abroad on a wide variety of M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, accounting, audit related consulting, and litigation support. Drawing on our expertise in valuation, accounting and M&A transactions, we provide litigation support services, valuations and fairness opinions to assist clients and attorneys in a variety of legal matters, corporate transactions, commercial litigation, contract disputes and compliance/ employment related litigation.
Most of our work is carried out in the Frankfurt am Main and Hochtaunuskreis region. We handle M&A transactions and audit related consulting worldwide.
We act as executors or administrators of estates or as company liquidators, when appointed by will, by order of the probate court or by the resolution of shareholders or authorized third parties. In this case, we work in close cooperation with notaries and the local courts.
Arbitration/Mediation:
Our goal is a detailed analysis of the financial situation, the avoidance of long and expensive judicial proceedings through mediation or mediation coaching, and efficient processing. We rely on our long experience and our commitment to achieve the most cost-effective solution, the solution that preserves assets and provides security for the future: conflicting interests must be weighed against each other to achieve a win-win situation for the parties.
